Presidential Suite

The 39F Presidential Suite, which is located at the top floor of guestrooms, occupies an area of 198㎡, is classically and elegantly decorated in the European and American styles. The whole suite is mainly divided into three zones: living room, dining room and master bedroom. All linear decorative boards in the suite are adorned with 24K bronzing varnish.

Living Room：	The European imperial style living room adopts an elevated design of 6 meters, four magnificent crystal lamps are hung from the 6m high ceiling, while the embedded patterned floor at the entrance gives the room extra elegance. A TV with a 50” screen, a video player and recorder, as well as karaoke facilities with Automatic Music Select System and the function of keying in next 10 songs are equipped in the room. With the stereo system, you will feel like watching CDs in a cinema.
Dining Room：	The dining room with 3 French windows has a large wooden round table for over 10 people and a guest restroom to maintain the privacy of the host. There is also a wide range of facilities in the preparation zone. The curtain in the dining room has a remote control for guests to enjoy their meal and the spectacular harbor view of Kaohsiung city at the same time.
Library：	Fine antique furniture and ornaments have created a classical and elegant atmosphere. All solid wood furniture with painted patterns is made of red cedar from the Mainland. With solemn brick red chosen as the major color and imported chairs upholstered in light-colored jacquard fabric, the room is elegantly and innovatively designed. There is also a guest restroom and a cigar box (with a lighter) in the study for guests’ enjoyment.
Bedroom：	A King size double bed (190cm×200cm) and luxurious bed sets are in the master bedroom decorated in warm beige color. All the furniture is hand-made and the curtain has a remote control for guests to enjoy the spectacular view of Kaohsiung city from the 3 French windows.
Bathroom：	The bathing facilities include Jacuzzi, steam room, shower and electronic toilet bidet seat. After bathing, guests can enjoy sauna and relax in the Jacuzzi to experience VIP standard services.
